A Human Swarm In Action: GAMESTOP
The true story of how our corrupt systems can be stopped by swarms.
At The Society of Problem Solvers we don’t usually promote or review movies. But a recent Netflix movie called “DUMB MONEY” did a great job of portraying what a “human swarm” could look like, and gives the viewer a sense of feeling of what it is like to be part of a group of people headed in the same direction, pooling their money and resources together, and building trust with each other despite being strangers.
DUMB MONEY tells the real life story of how everyday people flipped the script on Wall Street and got rich by turning GameStop into one of the world's hottest companies, squeezing the billionaires who shorted the stock hoping it would fail. This movie shows exactly what the people in charge of our systems fear most - us forming actionable, highly aligned groups - aka “swarms” - and working together against them and their corrupted systems.
Humans could organize so much better than we currently do, and we could bridge the gap between URL and IRL and form high trust groups just like this, and fix all of the systems around us. We could create local “swarms” and then use technology to bind the swarms together on the global scale, all while harnessing the wisdom of crowds, like we have written about here, here, here, here, and here.
Rather than us just keep trying to describe the possible decentralized world we could live in, here is the story of people who actually did it - even if they didn’t have all the best tools in place. Kudos to r/Wallstreetbets and the people portraying them in this movie:

For over 3 billion years on this planet there were only single-celled organisms. Then one day they somehow learned to work together and make complex multi-celled creatures . Right now we are like those single-celled organisms. Our next evolution is finding how to work together, better… (like we wrote about here).

Jonathan Haidt says that social media is damaging teens' brains. What's interesting is that most only "need" it because "all their friends have it". The author posits that if a third of parents in a school wouldn't allow smartphones before high school, the tide would turn.
From his recent interview on Joe Rogan: Jonathan Haidt is a social psychologist, professor, and author. His latest book, "The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood Is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness," will be available March 26.

Insider trading is illegal in most countries. However it will take a while and a lot of hard work from the globalists to make OUTSIDER TRADING illegal.
Imagine if a growing group of OUTSIDERS were to coordinate and destabilise evil companies. Starting from the smaller ones and working up. Having a comprehensive checklist that is publicly curated and fact checked with references and corporate policy documents and historical record of evil acts. The swarm would then progressively gain control of the company and either tax it financially (if it is drifting into immoral waters), ruin it (if it is manufacturing weapons, managing mainstream media or doing Gain of Function biowarfare research) or in a few cycles gain control of the board and change the direction if possible. It does not matter who takes over the management of the company, they know they only have a company if they reform and do the right thing.
This could be a sport that is much better than playing shoot-em-up games for the young adults.
Having a citizen co-op in charge of BlackRock and Bank of England (and all the others) would fix all of humanities political problems. Social problems become easier to handle when there are funds available due to less waste on war and disease.
