Unfortunately, the entire medical system is incentivized to keep patients sick and coming back for more. Doctors don't want real solutions because that would destroy their government gravy train "practices".
For the foreseeable future, all of the truly groundbreaking cures have to come from individuals conducting their own experiments on their own bodies.
Almost five years into meat, eggs and cheese based nutrition strategy and I cannot imagine going back to anything like my old diet. Thanks for sharing. 2 million years of hominid evolution is hard to argue with.
