So Genie swarms unite by creating trust with a goal of happiness while Golem swarms unite in fear of destruction by bullies?

Sounds like the difference lies in the uniting component: trust or fear?

For sure trust is a secret ingredient when creating genies. There are two kinds of trust. Trust in the systems we use, based on transparency, results, and the ability of the people inside the system to help it error correct. And then there is trust between people - the nodes of the genie. That can be built only with peer to peer vulnerability, and reciprocal efforts.

How interesting that you are doing this. One of my main advocacies is for thought shapers to think together. All of them just broadcast. Something that could be of interest is The Twilight Club from the last century, where leading thinkers did good for the world.
