You may have mentioned Karl Popper's "All Life is Problem Solving" (following "In Search of a Better World"), an oldie but then so is this correspondent .His "The LogIc of Scientific Discovery" wasn't translated into English from the 1934 German until1959, but it has remained foundational. We need intelligence more than ever. We have seen what mean, ignorant power alone can bring. That intelligence can be expressed in words and images, and amazingly contained, preserved and distributed in artifacts such as books. Again, thanks.
