Carnivore diet, got me off all meds. Decades of medication for allergies and auto immune disease. Quit all infusions and pills after the covid scam and tried carnivore. Everyone says I look amazing but none follow suit when I tell them my crazy conspiracy diet.

For the first 10 and a half million years of human existence, man lived without governments, survived, thrived and spread around the globe, living on natural foods available to them. All of them lived as problem solvers, damned capitalists, until fascist criminal governments arose and started imposing their wills on us.

Western medicine is profit driven, not healthcare driven. Furthermore. like one of my old French teachers once said: "tous les medicaments c'est du poison" – so simple, yet so true.

Nevertheless, I am not convinced about the carnivore diet. I gave up eating meat a couple of years ago because where I live non-organic meat is not available. Food/diet is very important to me, so I daresay the quality of my intake is high. The only direct animal food I eat is fish and seafood, in addition to plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, olive oil and coconut oil.

My health has not suffered 1 iota, despite not eating any meat. Personal experience, anecdotal? Fine, but that is the reality, for me, in any case.

Great to hear you are healthy! Carnivore diet reduces inputs down to 1 or 2. It is the only food you can do that with is red meat. Eggs and milk are a close second. As for optimal health - are you an athlete? Or do you lift? Would be curious about metrics.

> Carnivore diet reduces inputs down to 1 or 2.

What do you mean by that? Number of meals/day?

I do not believe eating red meat is sufficient for a healthy, balanced diet. The Japanese and Mediterraneans are 2 examples of people with very healthy diets. They do eat some red meat, but the most important non-fruit/veg component of their diet is fresh fish. I eat fresh fish 3-4 times/week.

> ... are you an athlete?

Nope. I am 67, retired. The only sports, if you can call it that, is a fast walk for 1 hour/day covering a good 50 km/week.

Why do you think the globalist human race warlords want us all off meat? They tried killing us with the clot shots and it didn’t quite work.

The veggie gang of weed eaters is going to go bonkers. I eat more meat than I ever have since maybe I was a teenager (now 75). I don't do drugs of any kind. Whatever diseases I have (if I have any) are completely manageable and there is no use going to the doctor. I would say this type of eating is as good as any anything else or better.

All things in moderation. What happens over time is key. Vegans can't answer why there are not huge numbers of 80-90+ yr olds among them. Meat only are going to find the same... see Dr mercola's personal experience and why he's changed his mind, now eating carbs. Jordan Peterson is another case in point to watch...

The hypothesis is simply this:

Stop eating poison and stop having symptoms of being poisoned.

Also red meat is the only food that you can eat only that and thrive and not need supplements for.

Last causation could be nutrient deficiency.

But here is what we know. It works. Let’s take 100 autoimmune patients, split them in half, our group uses diet alone. The other uses drugs.
