It is not a feature of the 56 Signers Memorial in Washington DC. I suspect your photo may be a digital creation, which is fine as it is factual. But it should be a real monument, and in my opinion should be added to the memorial in Washington. Thanks for including I shared it with quite a few people.

I think so. I have lived here (dc) all my life and there are all kinds of "old markers" and in the area but I think I would noticed that but who knows; I just found out about the Alexandria's "spite" houses which are small houses built to block "alley ways" in the old city of Alexandria a couple years ago.. after growing up... and walking by them for years.
