The biblical account of the Fall recounts how Mankind acquired forbidden knowledge by eating of the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil. Was this a fable or did it describe something that must inform our understanding of knowledge? You don’t have to be a believer to understand that history has answered that question. Knowledge can be used for good or for evil purposes, often it is used for both. Our world today would seem to be dominated by the use of knowledge for evil purposes. While lack of knowledge can be associated with sin and failure, the biggest problem we face as humans is not a lack of knowledge, it is a lack of right relationship to God, a lack of Godly character.

Knowledge that is not linked to a holistic view and good intentions is a very destructive force that leads to death and monotony only. We're currently at this stage.

Any knowledge that enhances the quality-level of intentions in sight ?

As long as humanity follows the money (and has NO idea what it really wants or should strive for), no chance ...
