We Asked ChatGPT How To Fix Corruption (Our Biggest Problem). You Might Be Surprised By The Answer.
For everyone who reads The Rationalist regularly, it probably comes as no surprise why we wanted answers to the question on how to fix corruption.
We have been saying for a while now that corruption in our systems is our biggest problem, and as long as we remain divided we will not be able to fix it.
The solution seems obvious to us now. We are due for a unifying movement - one that transcends political parties. But our own tribal way of thinking - combined with the corporate media and rigged social media platforms - provide cover for those doing the corrupting in the form of keeping us distracted. This turbulence keeps us stuck in low-rung thinking mode, and thus divided.
So how do we stop the noise?
Imagine if the independent media and free thinkers from all sides organized under one banner - one movement - and got louder than the clutter. If we can drown out the noise and fix the corruption together, only then we can begin to fix everything else.
So first, we asked ChapGPT to name the movement. Here were some options:
1) Clean Slate USA
2) United Against Corruption
3) Transparency Now
4) Kill Corruption
5) Integrity First
Do you like any of these? Or, do you have a better one (please leave in the comments below)? We need a #hashtag too.
Something like these that connects our movement. Something we can wear on T-shirts and brand on flags and put in our social media profiles - just like the faux movements the corporate media tries to divide us with.
Ending corruption is the one thing we should be able to unify over. It is the one place we should be able to create a cultural shift on common ground. Of course not everyone will agree, but most of us - the rational “high-rung” thinkers - should agree here, and that’s really all we need. We don’t need the extremes of either side, just the majority who are sick of the path we are currently on and are looking for a new way to fix things. So there needs to be a unifier - a message that eclipses the political parties, circumvents the ideologies that separate us, and brings us together for something worthy to fight for, together. Something bigger than everything else.
Imagine if all of the people who occupied Wall Street and all of the people who occupied the capital on Jan 6th, all came together into one movement to fight corruption. This is the kind of unification that the people who are doing the corrupting fear the most.
So today we decided to see what AI had to say about it. We asked ChatGPT its thoughts on the subject. It came up with this:
Corruption is a serious problem that undermines the integrity of our political and economic systems. It erodes trust in government and undermines the rule of law. As such, it is crucial to have a movement in America to fight and end corruption.
Here are some key steps that can be taken to create such a movement:
Increase public awareness: The first step in fighting corruption is to raise awareness about its prevalence and impact on society. This can be achieved through various means, such as social media, traditional media outlets, public speeches, and other forms of outreach.
Build coalitions: Fighting corruption requires a collaborative effort involving various groups, including civil society organizations, academics, journalists, whistleblowers, and concerned citizens. It is important to build coalitions that can work together to expose corrupt practices and hold those responsible accountable.
Advocate for reforms: To end corruption, it is important to advocate for reforms that increase transparency, accountability, and oversight. This can include measures such as strengthening anti-corruption laws, creating independent oversight bodies, and promoting greater public disclosure of government actions.
Hold corrupt officials accountable: To deter corrupt practices, it is important to hold corrupt officials accountable for their actions. This can involve criminal investigations and prosecutions, technology advances, as well as civil actions to recover ill-gotten gains.
Foster a culture of integrity: Ultimately, ending corruption requires a cultural shift towards greater integrity and ethical behavior. This can be achieved through education and awareness-raising campaigns, as well as efforts to promote a culture of transparency and accountability in government, business, and civil society.
In summary, a movement to fight and end corruption in America would require a combination of increased public awareness, coalitions, advocacy for reforms, accountability for corrupt officials, and a cultural shift towards greater integrity. By working together towards these goals, we can create a more just society where corruption is no longer tolerated.
At first we weren’t so sure about ChatGPT. We heard it had biases and more. However, for a unifying topic like this we think it nailed it. We especially liked that Chat GPT mentioned things we have written about on the topic many times such as (each underlined phrase is a link to one of our previous articles) our view on demanding transparency, accountability, awareness, reforms, building coalitions, starting a movement, building more coalitions, more accountability, cultural shifts, integrity, and using technology (and more technology) to hold the people doing the corrupting accountable.
Maybe AI really does know a thing or two. For us it is this simple: What world do we want to see? One defined by corrupt entities like the WEF? Or one defined by us, together? There aren’t any good choices if we remain divided. So how do we drown out the confusing narratives and find a way to unify?

For over 3 billion years on this planet there were only single-celled organisms. Then one day they somehow learned to work together and make complex multi-celled creatures . Right now we are like those single-celled organisms. Our next evolution is finding how to work together, better… (like we wrote about here).

Having just written my own assessment of ChatGPT and its creative abilities (https://marypoindextermclaughlin.substack.com/p/art-vs-ai), I'm not surprised that what it came up with echoed much of your previous writings; it is, after all, designed to mirror what already exists in the data world.
It did lay it all out nicely. It's good at that. As far as naming the movement, something about turning that over to a machine makes me sad. I'm not moved by any of ChatGPT's suggestions, and really, don't we want something that grabs not only our attention but our hearts, as well?
Finally, whatever you/we choose should evoke what we want, not what we don't want. That's a simple Neurolinguistic Programming principle, and it works. So "Kill Corruption" is out; something along the lines of "Integrity First," while not super-catchy, at least includes a word that defines the quality you/we desire.
Nice. Its reflecting back to you your own work. I hope you feel validated.🤔🤣👹💚
